How to Bid
Register online. Once approved, you can bid in any Newel Auction via the following methods:
Live Online Bidding
Newel conducts live auctions from our New York gallery. Bid in real-time from anywhere through our secure online platform. Follow the action with live streaming and place bids directly from your computer or mobile device.
Telephone Bidding
Arrange to bid live by phone with a Newel Auctions specialist. Phone bids must be scheduled in advance and are reserved for lots with a minimum estimate of $2,000.
Absentee Bidding
Submit your own confidential maximum bid in advance on the website, and the system will bid on your behalf up to that amount. You will never pay more than one increment over the underbidder. Absentee bids can be placed online or by contacting our team before the sale.
