Payments & Pickups
Congratulations on your winning bid! To complete your purchase, please review the following information regarding payments, pickups, and shipping.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and wire transfer. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Invoices must be paid within five days of the auction’s close (or within one hour for in-person sales). We do not accept personal checks or PayPal.
Buyer's Premium
23% for online bids
18% for in-person bids
Applicable sales tax will be added unless a valid resale certificate is provided. All sales are final and governed by our Auction Terms & Conditions.
Pickups
Purchased items must be collected within 10 days of the auction. For in-person bidders, items must be picked up by 5:00 PM the Monday following the sale. After this period, a storage fee of $25 per lot per day will apply. After 30 days, unclaimed property may be resold to recover storage costs.

Shipping
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. While Newel Auctions does not provide in-house shipping, we recommend trusted third-party shippers. We encourage buyers to obtain multiple quotes and secure insurance for their shipments.

Sales Tax
Items picked up in New York are subject to 8.875% NY State and City sales tax. Buyers are responsible for any taxes applicable to the final delivery location. Please consult your tax advisor or contact us to verify tax obligations in your state.
