Congratulations on your winning bid! To complete your purchase, please review the following information regarding payments, pickups, and shipping.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and wire transfer. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Invoices must be paid within five days of the auction’s close. We do not accept personal checks, PayPal or Zelle.
Buyer's Premium
Please check the online catalog to see the applicable buyers premium rate.
Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid exemption certificate is provided prior to payment.
Pickups
Purchased items must be collected within 10 days of the auction. Items must be within 14 days following the sale. After this period, a storage fee of $5 per lot per day will apply. After 30 days, unclaimed property may be resold to recover storage costs.

Shipping
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. While Newel Auctions does not provide in-house shipping, we recommend trusted third-party shippers. We encourage buyers to obtain multiple quotes and secure insurance for their shipments.

Sales Tax
All purchases are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes unless the Buyer provides a valid resale certificate or other acceptable proof of exemption before payment.
Out-of-state deliveries may qualify for exemption where supported by a Bill of Lading from a licensed common carrier showing delivery outside New York State.
Buyers claiming exemption status must provide all required documentation prior to payment.
If the necessary documentation is not provided before payment is made, sales tax will be collected and will not be refunded.
Newel LLC reserves the right to verify the validity of all resale and exemption certificates.
